I dont think thats a bug though. Celestrial Prayer is a fire skill after all

Lambush has Celestial Prayer as a naturally learned skill.
But I do agree, I don't think it's a bug. Maybe that's Lambush's niche - being able to learn Celectial Prayer.

Before, when teaching Rain Prayer or Celestial Prayer, it used to say that Rain Prayer was for water and electric monsters, however it now says that's its only for water monsters. Same goes for Celestial Prayer, used to say plant and fire monsters however now only says fire monsters.

That's silly that tree and electric monster can't learn it. Becuase the buffs for for their class

It's a bug fix update. They also improved the stats appearances. (There's a shadow to the numbers now.)
