Just got a foresight, so what does it do exactly?

I got my 3rd Foresight after update 1.2 in jungle expert mode in normal skillbook chest from wheel.

Yup, this skill guarantees first cast.. Though, i'm not really sure what will happen if someone already attacked you.. i.e. Pewgway w/ Taunt
