Does anyone use "Cleansing Powder" skill?

I finally got an advance skill chest and it had Cleansing powder in it. Before update and all the weather stuff, I thought this skill might be good to have. But now Im not sure.

Whats your thoughts???

Would prefer Memory Wipe since its applicable to almost all monsters.. I've only encountered a player w/ this once.. I think this is good to remove BURN & PARALYSIS debuff as it affects the monster stats
