Question Prayer Skills

Hi

When i use any prayer skill does it effect only elemental monsters or
does flight with ele skills get buff of it too??

My flight gets the buff, and debuffs. At first it didnt seem like it would and didnt. But in ladder and pvp i noticed it was. Then back in pve modes it was working.

Anyone know how many prayer skillz there are and can tell
me description of em? I deleted mine for days ago :/

All elemental monster get the buffs,and every monster using the lowered elementalskills gets the debuff. Flights fireblast wont get stronger, just weaker with rainprayer.

Has anyone seen the books drop intermediate chest?
Want to make sure they are attainable again in case I put on a mob that ill later regret

Yes they drop from intermediate chests in their related zones as I have received 2 more celestials and rain prayer

So Flights ele skills will ever get debuff when using prayers?

It's more to balancing. If you have flights you should be using iajusatu and frenzied anyways which are not affected

I saw the actual skill book celestial prayer in vet mode of volcano.

I think the debuff portion of rain prayer is bugged. My rock fall did the same amount of damage with or without the debuff, even though the move power displayed 30 instead of the normal 60
