Frozen Cavern and Skill Accuracy

Does it seem like your moves miss a WHOLE lot in Frozen Cavern if there's a blizzard? I miss 3 attacks in a row that are supposed to have 90% accuracy consistently.

And does anyone know how hit/ miss is calculated? Based on level and "dodge has increased" etc.

Did I read somewhere that in a blizzard, Ice-type monsters have increased dodge rate?
I believe I did but I need some back up on this.

Yes! Either that or it decreases hit rating of none ice monsters. Just throw up a celestial prayer & after that finishes it will be cloudy weather, much easier.

Yeah you did, I was the one who said it xD, but yeah, in a blizzard all Ice-Types have a dodge increase , that I think, is the equivalent to 33%.

Sometimes I miss 4 times in a row with my lvl 48 Draco on a 39 yaki. On sunny day so I don't get it

Yes I've had teams killed this way as well. that's just bad luck I think. Use pyroblast has higher acc than fire bomb/blast
