The word 'normal' is ambiguous in here.
If I have to guess, I'm guessing he/she meant to use the word 'common', instead of 'normal'. I think he/she wants to use easily-obtained epics, instead of Felicity, which you'll need 72000 prestige and 500000 silver to just get a D rank one - the second costing 1000 gold coins.
