Helping out on the servers

I think that when a player contacts support it should be directed to an active Expert for a quicker reply and if no Experts are online then it should go to support.

why not it would give a much faster reply to the questions that people need answered

What if the complaint is about an expert?

Even though experts know a lot, they don't know the answer or what to do in every situation. And yes, as Darkon said, if it was a complaint about an expert that wouldn't end well.

That was me about the experts receiving complaints about themselves... Anyway it does take a long time for support to respond, with 12+ hours being general response time.

Exactly my point or maybe making more people who arent experts get some of them

Support is from the devs, they aren't hiring more...
