Rhor VS Mantis

I've got almost my perfect team combined, so who would you guys/gals recommend next?
Rhor, or Mantis, i'm willing to breed one to S.

What's your whole line up consist of? Include benched monsters that could be used at times.

It will depend on who you have since having 2 Electric monsters would be useless. Covering up the weaknesses of your other monsters (in your team) should be your choice. As in use Rhor if you have a Draco in your team without a Plant or another Electric type.

Currently i'm running a Meniss, Champ, Smiter, Behemoth (gonna switch out Behemoth for Psychoe, just finished breeding him so now i need to level him) and I was thinking of switching out Smiter for Mantis or Rhor, since I personally don't like Smiter's stats
EDIT: Also, i'm gonna be rushing toward server-first Skelley, so he will also be in my line-up (in around a week, maybe earlier [hopefully]
