Anyone has items disappeared from MAil box?

I thought the limit is 50 messeges
But I only had 15 items in tere, one from 2/23 has disappeared


Was there a time limit for the items?

Update.. I expanded my bag, I figured it only takes 6 coins, then I will have enough space,, I'd rather not take chances with those very important items.

I'm pretty sure I've lost some stuff from my attachments, but I can't prove it. There's always a possibility that I grabbed the items and sold them when I needed money, but I don't think I did. Skillbooks seem to last in there, but potions and chests seem to be missing.

I took pictures of all my items, and update regularly.

But I doubt if I lost something, I will get them back by presenting photo proof to the support team.l

The game support sucks

Mail only holds up to 50 mails. Mails are permanent though. Just dont go over the limit.
