Item Synthesis

How about item recipes and item combination that'll give additional stat boost to different attributes? I think it'll be a good way to lessen items in your bag not to mention additional power-up to your monster line-up

We have at least 7 items we may use to synthesize:
1. Winged Boots
2. Waist Band
3. Sharp Claw
4. Iron Shield
5. Magic Helmet
6. Battle Collar
7. Dumbell

If possible we can also mix them with catalysts and introduce new evolution lines?

Re: Item Synthesis

I think that that may be a project for the future but I think that they need to only progress with the basics of the game yet, such as more monsters to capture, more maps, etc.
But this is definitely one that I wouldn't mind having!

Re: Item Synthesis

I like the second part about the catalysts. I know a lot of people want mixed element types so maybe a fire and electric monster will need fire essence and bottled thunderbolt as an example? however if they do that they'll need to add more vet/expert mode attempts. 5 isn't enough to find 2 different catalysts plus anything else (i.e. new moves that will be coming out).

Re: Item Synthesis

@Lexoph: yeah, i think they need to be able to have those in place first.. A good basic understanding and fundamentals of the game are what the players need..

@Lord_Rex: yup! I think thats good to, maybe introduce a safety delosit box like thing in the homepage wherein we can transmute (from diablo) items or even use the synthesize screen as well.. Well id prefer a separate box to store additional items and avoid clogging up our bags!

Re: Item Synthesis

So i was thinking on how this can be done.. I thought introduce new type of recipes for items, just like what Lord.Rex said:

1. For example, We synthesize Iron Shield and Dragon Fang = Dragon Shield and evolution item that won't disappear! It'll make Boomer evolver to a new monster with new type? An upgraded cooler version of Behemoth? But the stat boost from Iron Shield would sti be in place..

2. Or, we synthesize Sharp Claw and Iron Shield = Spiked Shield, that will give you Thorns-1 and the stat boost from the two items or without the talent but increased stat boost, maybe +15 ATK/DEF +20HP?

3. Or, catalyst synthesis to create a new element or a catalyst that will make 2type ement catyst? Dragon Scale + Dragon Fang = Dragon's Essence to evolve Draconio to a cooler Draconius? A FIRE + DRAGON type? Or FIRE + STEEL type to complement that helmet and metal jaw? Or Bottled Thunderbolt + Bolt Bead = Mjolnirr that will evolve Thor to a cooler Rhor with LIGHT element?

This is just me dreaming.. But i hope someday it'll happen :)

Re: Item Synthesis

I've always said that 2 element types can be grossly OP beyond lupa and flight, I jut said that as an example but I don't actually want to see it lmao. However I do like the item+item=epic item part. Spiked shield would be pretty awesome to have.

Re: Item Synthesis

Well yeah, it would be pretty OP! There's still another option to release a cooler version or change monster element instead :)
