I think it's just the picture and description that throws people off. It doesn't really give out huge amounts of treasure or anything like that.
Respect yourself enough to walk away from anyone or anything that no longer serves you, grows you or makes you happy.

There are special stops in volcano expert to fight and capture the monster. I captured one but nothing special.
