Entered password too many times, now cant login at all

I dont know if this is a bug or what. I recently started playing haypi again and I love it. I have even bought coins to speed things up. I have some old accounts laying around since I last played, and even had the names written down. I thought that I might even remember the pws if I gave it a few tries. I did also finally remember most of them, except for one. However, when I had typed in different pws for a while it locked me out, saying I had tried too many times. I get why this happened. However, now I cant log into any account, not even my recently started (and payed for) account! I have even tried on different devices (all Android, started new acc on Android) and reinstalled haypi. Nothing works. All I get on any acc or device is this message: "You have entered the wrong password too many times. Please contact kingdomsupport@haypi.com"
I have allready sent the same message to said support, anyone know if this can be resolved automatically? Since its holiday now I figure my troops will get plenty of time to starve until this is fixed...

My guess is that you will have to wait for a reply from support. I have never seen this message applied to many accounts but I have also never entered a password wrong more than once or twice lol

Restart your Internet modem or similar and it should fix this.
