Activity check for experts

Is there an activity check for experts? Many just show up to collect coins. Many can attest to that. They come, collect, then leave.
How do we the players know that the accts haven't been sold to someone?
There are servers with 10+ of them and are never seen then are also spread out to other servers. Some as many as 3 servers. Doesn't seem fair to the original server.

I have never been able to understand players' fascination with experts and how haypi deals with every aspect of the title.
In reality, these are people who take nothing from you and it should not concern you of their activity.

I can understand when players get upset about experts actions in wc, but how is it anyone's business but the expert and haypi what goes on in terms of endorsement?

Often times, I feel like jealousy or greed is at the heart of such matters. Asking about it is unprofessional and very much akin to the policy the company keeps in regards to nominating oneself for the position. It's just not tactful.

I alway thought they were there for us players. To moderate chat and to help answer questions.
So I have every right to ask this question. When day after day wc is rude and obscene.

There is one on the expert only part of the forums. Not sure if they use it though...

Here is the information we have been presented about experts:

Expert is an honorary title for outstanding players who have loved the game, written beautiful reviews for it, posted threads about it in other forums, and helped new players in a friendly and responsive manner. Expert is the highest honor bestowed upon players. Salute to our devoted players!

There are just a few Experts in each server. Experts are selected based on favorable response from other players and Haypi Kingdom staff's observation. Experts will enjoy VIP time for free. Please note Expert title is not permanent, and it is evaluated regularly for performance.

As you can see, no mention is made about any kind of duties that an expert is expected to perform. Just as well, haypi does indeed regularly review their performance.

To me, I've always felt the title was a reward for being a positive influence on the game.

I ask for experts that are active because while players can take ss and send them to support they can easily be Photoshoped or out of context. Several players on S90 have recieved 1 month chat bans (some deserved, some not) based on a 'he said she said' argument. Not exactly fair; Support wasn't on to see the abuse in question and players with alts can easily send 10+ reporta in at a time to get their enemies banned.
