Their should be more then 4 vices allowed in every alliance because their is 50 members an their should e about 8 vices allowed because u can't manage an alliance with just 4 vices

There are 5 and a leader. 6 people managing. FYI

But I agree, more positions are needed. Try looking into other threads for topics like this, there are specific titles and stuff like this (would post links if I could but not on computer )

I think there should be 9 vices plus 1 leader .... 10 to 50

I think you should start off with 5 then get more spots as a reward for lvl'ing the alliance. It'll max out around 9 tho. Plus leader is 10 obviously.

Maybe you get a percentage of the amount of people as vice? eg: 20% of your alliance people allowed to be vice (or something like that) so, if 50 people, itd make leader + 10 vices.
As for titles, is it possible to make titles such as "resource manager" (take care of coins, gold, resources), "communicator" (trusted representative [so normal members' words arent as valid as the "communicator"s), etc etc...

You may need better vices.

I like the idea of changing the name of the vice I mean like giving the vice a title. Like treasurer, co leader, communicator and stuff like that. Also, if the alliance leader is inactive the co leader can take over with the vote of all the other vices.

The real problems that i see with so many vices are (1) the members may not respect the vises (2) vices abuse their power (3) vice that get hacked and boot all the members that are not vices. The vices should be from different countries so other members that are in a different time zones can help the others out as well as the leader that cannot be there at that time. The vice numbers should stay the same but where country they are from should be different
