tablet failure

Tablet failure not able to log onto account with tablet. Need support to figure out why tablets are getting only supports one device. I've tried every version in market with no success. i have a galaxy tab2

I’m afraid this is due to a conflict with other devices, because different android devices from different manufacturers may have the same device ID. If such a device is logged in before you, you will get this error message. This issue is not able to fixed currently, you may try another device.
