Scouting

Someone said when your being scouted that's when the bird (eagle?) Flies over your city ...any truth to this? Im just curious....

It is one of the great mysteries of haypi.

I don't think so. The bird flies over my city continuously so unless I get scouted every 5 seconds I don't believe it.

I don't buy this though I have heard it to. I've tested it too but there could always be a "delay" time or something. Anyway, I don't think it's true.It's just an effect like the windmill spinning.

yeah its totally the case. The bird is actually a suicide bomber and sometimes if it sees troops out the general scouting you will actually order the bird to blow up a chunk of your army and obliterate your field of traps and/or turrets. Luckily it only happens to one person in over a million people, and people who's armies were blown up usually quit a few minutes after. So no proof, just take my word for it.
