coins?

Ive been waiting over 2 weeks to receive coin. ive sent multiple emails with the information. all i got was an email saying theyll "check on it" once and neber heard from them again. How can i get my coins?s i paid for. im on android

I'm in the same boat as you, android user as well. When you attempted to buy the coins did it give you some error and mention checking your google wallet or whatever? That is what happened with me.

I put a thread in the BUG REPORT forum about this, and like you I've only had someone say they are 'checking in on it'. To be fair, though, I believe this is a problem on google's end and not Haypi. As the google wallet claims that the transaction is somehow 'cancelled' and claims they didn't take my money, yet everyday I check on my bank's balance it shows that money was taken out of it by google.

I'd like to know what is going on and how this is going to be resolved. It's impossible to get through to google it seems because they don't offer phone support or even e-mail I don't think. And their 'support topics' have nothing to do with google play.

Turns put it was a glitch when purchasing in the play market. i emailed google and they fixed it. just have to wait till the authorisation payments time out and im refunded. google fixed there glitch for me and buying them works now.
