Never received coins for 4 days since I bought coin pack

Hello?? Is the support team sleeping? I have been sending u mails and yet u ban my mail. What is wrong with the support team? And I have yet to receive my coins!! U better give me a reply before I take action against u guys!

I have same prob i bought a 3,99€ pack and i still waiting for the coins... after buy this package i bought a 0,79€ and i got the coins... suspicious!!!!
