Does a zero level oasis "grow back" eventually?
It would be nice if they did.

Yeah I believe they do. All oter oasis do so lvl 0 osaises probably do too.

Yes, it should gain roughly 3 levels 24 hours after dropping to level 0, and roughly 3 every 24 hours following (which timer resets if it is occupied). :)

Of Course They Do Or Else The Whole Server Would Be 0 =o! Every 24 Hours After A Change, They'll Change Again 3 Levels. 0-3-6-9-2-5-8-1-4-7-0- etc. etc. etc.
