Please help me :-(

so after 6 months of buildingup my account on s81, i have made it to rank 21, leader of a rank 6th alliance and maxed subs, teck and nearly enhance.. over 1000$ rl money spent on my precious account.. I woke up this morning to learn support has gave my password away to some guy who claims he originally started my account, my rank and pp... gone.. alliance is gone.. everything i have worked soo hard to build has been forcfully removed from my possesion.. i am absolutely devestated.. not even a letter from support explaining this.. i am an honest player.. never cheated or hacked troops.. i play fair and my entire server knows this.. for haypi to treat me like this is so utterly disgusting.. i cannot even begin to explain without the use of vulgar profanity.. please help me !!

What did you want help with exactly? Advice on how to use $1000 toward being rank 1 instead of 24?

Just kidding. If this is the true story that really sucks. Everybody makes mistakes, including support. If you made the account and it is originally yours and not somebody else's you should tell support to look at the original email and verify that it is your account and not this other person. If you didn't make the account then...well, account trading/giving away is agains the rules so I'm not sure how much sympathy support will have.

I haven't ever heard of Haypi doing this. If support did not send you a letter and you only heard the news through the grapevine, I would think that someone just stole your acct. If you haven't already, send a letter to kindomsupport@haypi.com and include all the detail you can. If, like muku said, you did not originally start the acct, then there is probably nothing you can do. Haypi would consider the acct stolen. It is against the rules to trade accts.

So a note of warning to all those with accts that have been given them. Ultimately it is never yours, so be careful what you do with it.

This is the first time I have ever heard this. I'm sorry for this happening. When you set up your account, you should put in an email for your accout. Talk to support with the email, and maybe you can get your account back.

listen, you obviously traded or whatever for that account. The original owner wanted it back. Now quit making stuff up. I spent $150 and got to rank 3 without feeding. The rank 1-2 players were feeding. S81 is a sucky server learn to play the game.

Matthias please use the edit feature instead of double posting in the future. Also, there is no "bug" involved so I don't know why it would go under bug report. Additionally, I got to 2nd on a server I spent $10 on. I think that beats your 150 for 3rd...

lmao All you guys want to post how much better you are. It's kinda funny. A person comes to forums for help not to listen to all the players that THINK there all that.

Yes s81 isn't one of the better servrs. It's fallen apart mostly from a horrible expert and support not doing anything about him.

As for chubby, its a horrible thing what they did to your account. Support should fix it. Sad part if they fix the problem, it will be months down the road. Wish I could give you better advice than I have before. If I post on forums what I told you, they might try and hush me. I think I'll keep what I said to you and myself.

Yeah this really sucks:/ In all honesty support take their sweet time, it's seems like it to me anyways. So if you do get an answer it will take a while. If this is your original account and you could message them and maybe they could find out if it really was you by seeing what IP adress it was created on and by what IP you are messaging them on. Maybe? Not so tech smart so maybe I'm wrong! Also Moose there is a PM option on the forums.
