Yes you'll be given free coins to move your city. In-game changes will, be many things like map, Server number, alliance name (_113 will be added to all alliance names from S113, etc).
As S113 is a new server I wouldn't worry about a merge for a long time.
You'll get a letter if the server is about to merge.

Ting a merge will only give you more people to run your glitched troop army on...... So what do you care? How many alts are you up to now?
