Are expert nominations relevant?

the question i pose is this: IS IT POSSIBLE TO HAVE FORUM MODERATORS, THAT AREN'T EXPERTS (yes the title. i believe you can be an expert without flaunting a title around)?

A few current Moderators are no longer Experts.

Now I remember this being bought up before... True though. I'm sure there trying there best and that the situation is being constantly monitored

no, i dont think they are going to take their moderator title away, because they worked hard to earn it. however, i think they should add a few more moderators.
