Experts, Staff, and Costumer Support

Wow. Jessica seems really nice. I simply reported some things that haypi didn't have spelled correctly, and Jessica replied and treated me how i should be treated. I was very impressed:) its not often in the customer support field anymore that you are treated with that much respect. Even at walmart at times, you aren't treated right. And i think it is good that an employee represents their employer like that. It gives your employer a good rep, and they will hopefully pass some of that appreciation back to you in the end. I am not often impressed with employees, when it comes to costumer support, and i guess i can chalk that up to how i was raised, and perhaps, i expect too much. either way, it can not go with out being said that, although in the past i have been displeased with certain decisions made by the higher management of the corporation, i still believe that they are a great company, and they excel in the way their support is professional and supportive, and courteous to their players. however, in this particular situation, i was extremely pleased and in awe, at how even the simplest thing, was handled with ut-most respect. Thank you Jessica, and thank you haypi!! :)
