Re: Server 101 - we need help

I think that mines have their place in the game and it was a big adjustment. But I also agree that the old rankings should exist as well. Just like achievement and prestige are two drastically different (prestige and title are often too similar to be a measuring stick) ways of ranking personal play. Mine prestige and team prestige can be two drastically different ways to rank alliances. Most people will strive to succeed in both areas. And more people are happy.

Re: Server 101 - we need help

Thank you for your unabated support and love for our game. We've been motivated by all loyal players to develop.
We are imperfect and still growing, please be patient and we'll see what we can do to improve the game play experience and provide you with better games.

Re: Server 101 - we need help

I agree. But there are also other issues.

Suggestions I have for improvement:

1) Increased and improved customer support. Sorry, I come from a customer serviced based industry where we would bend over backwards in some cases for our customers. HK is opposite. There are some players, myself included, who have spent a great deal of time AND money supporting HK. When we have an issue they should at least try and please us in some way instead of sending a generic, uncaring response.

2) Consistent updates and bug fixes. I can not remember when our last update was now. Over 2 weeks? We still have too many bugs and exploits. Each update we do have however opens up more exploits. I see more players running around hacking and advertising for hacking sites yet they still have multiple accounts on every server, with experts who aware, yet nothing is done. Seriously, how can HaypiKingdom not notice false PayPal accounts being used for massive coin purchases?

3) Improved in game communication between the player and support.

4) Events other than pvp that aren't based on coin purchases that everyone can participate in their current servers and win in game prizes like coins, in game cash or something like the honor badge medals.

5) Increased support for droid to at least have it on par with the iPhone family of products.

Re: Server 101 - we need help

i have 4 ideas.... a couple of them are not as great as the others.

idea 1: haypi, please stop the opening and development of new servers, for the time being, such that players may cool down and stay on the servers they have accounts on, and allow the super servers time to accumulate old members again.

idea 2: go back to the original idea of haypi, where once you are on a server, you cant change UNLESS, you use the switch server option to change servers. this is not my favorite idea, however, until the problem of deserted servers, clogging up your bandwidth and money, this may be the best solution.

idea 3: raise the level requirement as to when you can change servers, to say, 13, instead of 10. this isnt a permanent solution, it will only encourage more coin spending to get to the next server. however, it will slow the progress of "server hoping" down a little.

idea 4: give a log in bonus for being on a server for say, an hour a day. something like, 5k money, or a chest, or something cheap, but still enough to keep players on for an hour on a server. this will keep players on an older server for at least an hour. it seems to work well in other games, i would imagine it would work well in this game as well.

these ideas will be posted in suggestions, as well, but i thought you might want to see them here, first.
