If ppl r cursing.....

If anyone is cursing on your server it is your job to stop them!! If they continue after a polite warning then contact haypi support (kingdomsupport@hotmail.com)  hope i helped:)

It's not your job to stop them(though you can help), it is the experts job to warn them and keep WC clean.

If an expert isn't around, or your in a new server and experts havn't been appointed, then that would be a good time to SS them and either send them to kingdomsupport@haypi.com (not @hotmail.com, btw) or send them to a expert on your server through Palringo.

... Maybe if support actually gave people stuff for reporting or had more experts/mods there wouldn't be as much of this problem

I don't agree that anyone should be given anything for reporting other players lol that would be an endless amount of rewards. However I both agree and disagree in it being our job to stop the innapropriateness. As experts u obviously have the ability to warn and mute but as a player it is much easier to be viewed as an equal rather than a socalled superior. That being said if you respectfully ask them to stop and explain why it's causing an issue they may be more likely to listen

I agree. We need help SOON no one is nominating, because THEY DONT CARE! They like the language!

Ya know, it isn't really our job to enforce chat rules. I have found that if the experts are not around, or they don't want to deal with it, the block button still works fine for me:)

S79 has been going for a few months now. Still currently one expert. Support was going to appoint more experts then support rep changed. It's been a few weeks and still nothing. Ppl are nominating and still nothing. They are getting quite upset that there hasn't been another and it's really needed. Numerous ppl send ss to only get an automated response back.

Exactly, and plenty of people have been complaining about the trolls. S79 needs more experts.
