I bought coins but didn't get them. What do I do?

But I guess you could also try sending a letter to your servers support.

I have tried everything I know of to get my coins. Contact my sever support with all the info on the purchase with no response. Tried contacting kingdomsupport. com but it said it was down or moved. What else can I do. Its been over 24hrs since I bought them. This is unacceptable. Would someonure please help.

I recommend you just keep trying, like all lines of business haypi support gets numerous emails regarding different issues, its possible your request may be forgotten, its not done intentional its human error, please e-mail them again and ask to please help as soon as possible as you been waiting patiently for some time now, please be patient as it will be resolved. good luck.

Patience shouldnt be needed, a company should understand people are impatient and work harder and better so that we dont need patience.

How much patience do i need? A month of waiting?

Its been a week and I havent gotten my coin, no conf number either. Just email from paypal saying my payment was sent. I.didnt think itd be this long
