please help me!

ok, so i am on this temporary account (PunkedGuru) and i changed my password on my real account (StarDingo) - (the account i am on right now is my friends account - he doesnt use it so he said i could use it until i get my account back) and then when i tried to log in with the new password i set, it didnt work. i trie the old password, tried typing mistakes, doing caps, retrieving passwords etc. but when i did the retrieve password, first of all i typed my username in the box, (StarDingo) and it said it would send me an email with my password. i waited a few hours and still no email. so i went back and tried again and no email again. so the next time i went and typed my email address in the box below, and it said no member existed. what has happened? please help me, id like to get back on my account as soon as possible!

It seems you have the wrong email, and incorrectly remember the password you changed to. Try resetting your password with any other email you can think of that could have possibly been the one you registered with.

personally you probably got "hacked"
did anyone know your password
if they did then they prob changed the email.

also what server are you on?
if you talk to support they could reset your pw from here on the forums

Also, by what he said, there is no indication whatsoever that he was hacked, only that he forgot or mistyped the new password and his email.

sorry but im actually a girl (point A) and point B, ive tried every possible email i could think of. my sister knew my password but she is trying to help me get my password back. i have tried every single possible typo there could have been, and still not able to log in. i contacted support and they said to give them my email but i never recieved an email (this was two days ago) i just sent my third letter to support on my server.

how do i get support on here to change my password?

Please contact your server support to tell us your detail situation and provide us your username and register mail, then we will check it for you.
You can send a letter to your server support through this way:
go to help --> support --> contact us /kingdom management--> contact support team
