Attacking fort issue

I'm a lvl8, trying to attack a fort. I have adequate armies plus have 4 oasis/fort slots and have them free. When I attack the fort stays belonging to another player even tho I win. How do I get a fort and what could I be doing wrong?

You should attack it until its loyalty become 0,then you can occupy the fort.
If you still have problem,please either go to help --> support --> contact us /kingdom management--> contact support team or to write an inquiry to kingdomsupport@haypi.com, tell her the detail situation, then we will deal with it ASAP.

Just so you know, at level 8 you have 4 oasis available to take and 2 forts (not 4)

So if you have 2 forts you can't take another. It doesn't sound like this is the problem, but it could be
