10 COMMANDMENTS OF A TOP ALLIANCE
1. the alliance is a group of generals come together for a common cause. The purpose of the alliance is of the utmost importance and must be established. The alliance is goal driven.

2. In order for an alliance to reach it's full potential, each ally must be devoted to the alliance and the pursuance of it's goals. It is the duty of every ally to sustain the alliance. Responsibilities of each member include:
- Active presence in AC
World image
Donations
Defense (of mine and allies)

3. An alliance must be balanced. A rich mix of many general types must be utilized for success.
- Heavy hitters
Farmers/sellers
Scouts
Players from around the globe

4. The attitude of an alliance should be a superior one. A sense of family, pride, and humility must be pursued by every ally, at all times. Loyalty is built from attitude. Loyalty is imperative.

5. An alliance must communicate perfectly. No matter the language they speak, each member understands and enjoys communicating with their ally. A daily presence in AC is mandatory.

6. An alliance is responsible for it's world image, and world image is responsible for it's reputation. Composure should always be maintained in public and dissent is never displayed out of private channels. Generals advertise their alliance through attacking and correspondence. It is very important for an alliance to be recognizable.

7. Negativity towered an ally is neither permissible nor appropriate in AC. What happens in AC stays in AC. it is poor form for any alliance affair or intel to be discussed in WC.

8. As every member enjoys the benefits of the alliance, so must they act to protect and preserve it. Every ally is required and expected to be prepared militarily at a moments notice. All allies play a role in defending the alliance.

9. An ally understands the consequences of his/her actions and never involves the alliance in their personal affairs. While personal affairs are exactly that, each ally is the personal affair of the alliance. An ally is never to be bullied and always protected.

10. Above all else, an atmosphere of fun and positivity is to be maintained. Never should a member be made to feel uncomfortable or ostracized. All allies are innocent until proven guilty.
