Meh, idk about which is faster. Support really doesn't communicate on the forums other than say "we're sorry for any inconveniances we have caused " which really does nothing. And we all know how generic and long time taking the emails are... Either way, the chances of haypi doing anything about it are slim, very slim. They may call the FBI in for back up though, that'll teach those spammers who's boss xD

I guess you are right about they do answer some things, but it just seems to me it would be a lot cooler to have an active support in the forums, who can always help and answer questions... If they were on a lot and answering they could have 10k+ replies, which looks really good to boobies that are just starting the game and are wondering if customer service is good

Off-topic is such a general term. There is an off-topic section but it is filled with threads about your favorite song and whatnot. That is off-topic.

We are talking about support and what could make them better and stuff, which goes along with the rant about why support is bad.

Kai is on a lot of servers just so you know, especially since the servers merge, he is most likely on them all just get used to the problems and ignore him or hope the FBI catches him lol
