3.0.2 login bug - Login Error 3

I havea friend asking about this on s109. their act is on s 76 as well. so, is the problem fixed, and can support please explain what error 3 actually is.. thx

I have seen nothing done for me or Win's problem. Soooooooooooo...sup?

My account Abykovsky, when I try to log in it says "login error 3 please try again " it won't let me log in and I spent so much on that account... Please fix this support.

Have you gone to "updates" or did you search for haypi in the AppStore again (for iDevices) ? When I went to update I had to search and install coz it wasn't listed in updates.
Mine was fixed while I was still on 3.02 and it works fine on 3.03 for me as well.

I have updates to 3.03 and the same problem occurs

I'm also having problems logging in to my account.

It's funny though, I've just updated to v3.0.3 on the iPhone but I'm not able to login to my account.

Can Haypi please assist on this?

Hey guys saw this as I was looking around on forums this is what you need to do or well its what worked for me.
Delete app(all of you have done this)
Open Haypi
Click My Account
Login
Type in username and password
then take screenshots of any lost troops or pres by pressing your power button and home button on your ios device.
email support and all should be fine

I'm having the same issue for the newest version on iOS 4.2.8

I can login to my other accounts but my main account says login error 3. I could login last night and then it stopped working this morning and I can't figure out why. I've contacted support but of course they are sleeping so I guess i will have to wait. I am unable to have my password sent to my email as well but it works fine for other accounts. All I can do is login to the forums...
