Hacked account

Someone got into my account and spent the skill points I was saving up and killed my army. They put all all my points in open chest, I dont care about the troops but any way to get my points reset? Ive mailed a few times in the support area in game but no response back.

Re: Hacked account

I would try sending a message to kingdomsupport@haypi.com! But first you should check and make sure none of your friends didn't steal your device!

Re: Hacked account

Make sure you never tell you password to anyone at all, no matter what they say their reasoning is or however much you trust them. You should change your password as well, as clearly somebody besides you knows it. Make sure your email address is still the one connected to the account. Good luck!

You probably gave someone your password and they turned on you but you dont want to admit that so you are leaving it out.

Or your password is easy to guess, such as password... or 12345..

Either way, both of these ^^ are your fault (if that is the reason why)

As for getting your skill points out of open chest, reset your skill points, costs you 20 coins

Re: Hacked account

Isn't there something about the security of your own account being your reponsabiliyy in the user agreement
how do you let people know if your hot cakes are selling well?

Re: Hacked account

Unnecessary post count: 3. >_<

Anyway, he's not complaining that it's anybody else's fault he was hacked. Take the measures I suggested above to ensure your account's security in the future; Haypi will not take any action to restore your lost skill points or troops. This discussion is over unless you (the original poster) have something more to add...?
