Ok now im sure nobody cares about my problem.wtf its been 7days and nobody fixed my problem.when i trie to open application on android its says forced close.omg i cant believe i mailled haypi stuff and in 7days nobody fixed this.wtf whe just spended ower money and now nobody helps??when u guys fix this?nobody can send a stupid maill with an answer?damn

Please check the android marketplace for update 3.0.1 this issue has been resolved here.

I did.and i updated to 3.1 and its the same forced close.not working

Watch for a new update. Im using a Samsung Fascinate and it is working well. Watch the market or have automatic updating

I don't sorry. I have not seen any news about 3.0.2 either. I suggest contacting your support so that they understand that it is an issue.

After 7 days support got back to me on the forced close issue "do not worry we are checking on it" aka keep waiting

Hi steel, I wounderd why you haven't been in AC!
Anyhow... this was my comment from another post that may assist you.
I would like to disagree with you as well. I am a bit overzealous with Emailing Support! And they always seem to Email me back. It is usually David (GO DAVID!) and they are usually friendly and willing to help. With the new update and all of the problems that came with it the Haypi Technical Team has been very busy. I too am experiencing a bug where i am negative hundreds of thousands of dollars, resulting in my armies death. Once all of the bugs that are affecting players on a large scale, im sure they will have time to work out the individual problems. As Alanwalsh said, "i imagine that support deals with a few hundred mails a day snd also there dealing with the prevention of more servers being crashed..." he is absolutely right. Compared to the THOUSANDS of players who recently lost their accounts on Server 59, your and my problem ulike are menial but not worthless. Give them some time with their larger issues and they will do the best they can to help.
As a long time fan and player of Haypi I can't nor will i ever believe that they, as you stated "haypi only wants your money". The Haypi team has always acted as a family of dutiful helpers and you cant deny or dismiss that! I feel for you, as i too lost a large army but im waiting pactiently and im sure they will recompense us with some kind of remuneration.
