my army were lost after i occupied i oasis

Check the oasis you occupied by going to cities, oasis. If your army isn't there then check your crop consumption to see if it's low because of your army... If it still is then check all cities, oasis, forts, action, mail for war reports, if everything fails email kingdomsupport@haypi.com stating your account name, details and screenshots if they are relevant

Check and sure the crop comsumption haven't increase
and all cities, oasis were no troops

And they weren't in any cities, forts, oasis, or in an attack in actions? No war reports saying they all died either? Strange.. but otherwise no problem, hope you get your army back

O.o if you have a negative crop income and your crops reach 0 then your troops will slowly (well more like quickly) start to die off until your crop consumption can feed the amount of troops you have
