Unable to log on to Haypi

I have windows phone and have not been able to log on since updating to V3.0. I can see background grey out and seem to be stuck on the loading screen.

I have tried re starting phone and re installing game - no joy

Any suggestions

Same here I am using WP 7 (samsung Focus). Screen is stuck in Loading.. and I can't do anything....

Is anyone from Haypi looking into the issue?

I already posted, same things goin on I can see my city in the load screen and I'm definitely being farmed so I'm giving up forget haypi.

I'm having the same problem.

I'm on server 101, since ever this new patches is up it before slower in loading message and during war we will even face "communation error".

We need a reply from the kingdomsupport.

yup. tried it on my windows phone and it is loading like sooo long.. then where did those free apps went to on apple devices? ;(

iPhone can not log in completely. No bkgd apps running. Deleted update & reinstalled. Still nothing but the spinning wheel & telling me no Internet connection. Tried all day. Hope my troops don't starve.

on Iphone(for me) is no prob.. try usin wifi? lol support says no more free apps for coins anymore....

Just try to enter it. Do not quit stay in haypi . Then click ok on than connection thing.

How many times does haypi want to screw me over! my first account on server 0, I can't log in nd I think my army starved to death by now, my second is on server 59 da one da got all messed up now i have no army nd i have to upgrade my resources again, did i mention i have a wp7, is dis a sign dat i should quit?
