Everyone just calm down wait till it is fixed then once it is fixed see what you are missing and tell them. If they dont fix it then you can call apple you guys are only distracting them from fixing our sever.

Why would there be no raid backup???

maybe there is we dont know how much of the hardware there is a problem with, there may have been a problem with the back up as well

Right if I can't play I'm going to the pub and I don't think an ultra package will be suitable for most player either specially ones with big troop counts which they have spent a lot of time and money creating !!!

Yeah dale you got a point if my troops starve or randomly die that will make me go crazy. I spent way to much time building them up just for them to die.

If you look around every sever is having problems with the update but its just none are as bad as our sever so i hope we are at the top of the to fix list

I am very mad at Haypi Kingdom I have spent over $400 and have iTunes back up of every thing I buy on iTunes. I hope they do fix the hard drive all get all data off or I will be calling Apple

I'm sure haypi will compensate you in some way. I hope we are remember that haypi cannot go back and change the past, but hopefully now there can be preparation to stop this in the future.

No not really doz I will refuse 1x ultra package straight away as that would not last a day it's more to do with time spent on the game itself really and I said earlier the shop icon does NOT work anyway so u can't spend any money or get free apps anyway I can see a lots of people reversing there credit card acting claiming bk wasted money and deleting tje app all together if that's all is been offered !!!
