Care to do something?

Ok so its starting to irritate me, ive paid money to get my account where its at on s78. yet im losing valuable units etc because i cant log in with this account.

are you planning on doing anything? its been lagging for 4 days and not 1 mod or tech support dude has even spoken up and aknowledged the issue.

will you give us a refund for all those who have spent money on their accounts on such servers? will you transfer our accounts over to a non laggy server?

if you want good ratings on your app feedback, these are the sort of issues you need to sort out for the customers.

From what I understand, the problem has been created by a hacker. I'm sure haypi is trying to do what they can to combat him or them. I understand your frustration, but try to keep being patient. Hopefully haypi will reimburse players, even though they are not responsible for causing the problem. Good business says that they are still responsible for righting it as best they can.

The problem is a hacker using emulaters on a computers to super spam the wc at such an incredible rate that the server ceases to run because of the lag.
