Can't complete Task 33

I currently have 20127 Prestige and am trying to upgrade to 1st Viscount.

The task windows shows 33 completed but when you open it and hit collect rewards it just sits there and nothing else happens.

Also when you open task 33 it says "Upgrade you general title to 1st Viscount"

And under the requirements it has 20000 prestige and a key x 0

So what's going on here? Is Task 33 upgrade to level 8 or 9?

I was told on chat that everyone is having this problem and that it's a bug but I don't see it listed here on the forum.

I'm on server 74 using an Iphone 4 App version 2.11

Could the Admin start a locked bug thread where they let us know what the status is on reported bugs?

Many users today could not level up today. It is not just you.
