Does support even exist???

I sent support a msg and email about how I was attacked during the war refuse after server 109 merge, now I was attacked and somehow my 3.5k cats that were hunting became a part of the battle! I did not pay to buy coins for a game that is not holding up it's side! I'm contacting visa to cancel all charges 24 hours after this messege if it's not sorted out! 4k+ cats, 40k+ pres all lost because the game glitches. Or haypi really does it intentionally trying to get you to spend money to rebuild! Btw my troops did not even come close to starving and been hunting for hours before this happened.


I informed support right after the first glitch during the merge! No response yet, experts told me it would be asap, probably a day or 2

you sure you were in war refuse still? and during the merge, All troops come back from hunting, So if you just left them thinking they were hunting, They would have been in your city... And there's no need to be so hateful.

I'm sure I was attacked during war refuse, even the attacker was surprised it let him! And I put troops out to hunt today! I've been active everyday... It's a shame! Guess time to find a new game that actually provides support.

This happened in s105 too. I touched map and quickly selected a lvl 9 crop oasis and then attacked. It let me attack, but it was already occupied. Apparently Haypi prefers to add new features to get money instead of fix the huge glitches (this is not bashing, this is a consideration).
