tthe expert situation is for your support to sort out. picking an expert is a long process and requires careful thought as they are representatives of haypi. im not going to say have some patience as it obviously needs sorting out, but im sure they are dealing with it

In my opinion this is a very serious issue. There should be no reason why Haypi can't assign an expert to a server the minute a new server is started. Right now a new server goes for weeks before getting an expert and the chat is horrible with the language. What a way to introduce new players to Haypi. Just imagine - every new player starts on a new server where there is no expert. A kid downloads the game and the parents check it out and you can imagine what they see in chat. Parent forbids kid from playing the game and we all lose...
