Task 5 and others not showing?

I notice that task 5 and a few others do not show up when I started playing. I receive some broken english instructions from the devs stating to complete task 4 and restart and my name will be changed and task 5 will show up?

I didnt request a name change....

Task 5 is to change your name from ha_axxxxx to something you choose. To get task 5 to show up, just do task 4 and collect the rewards from task 4. Then it will be there and you can change your name.
