NEED HELP!!

NEED HELP!!

This is naveeen from s51 . I'm mailing from a friends login id.

I forgot my password and when I enter my mail id in retrieve password section , it says mail sent but I can't see the mail in my mailbox.
I'm using rediffmail and my mail id is nnavi_naveen@rediffmail.com
Please can anyone help me with this. I mailed support and waiting for their reply since 2 days :(

Please check the spam part of your email inbox it may have been sent there

I did check in the junk folder also! and if the mail id is wrong it wont say mail sent in the forgot password menu..

Is there any rule that the mail is sent only once a day?

Contact support via Kingdomsupport@haypi.com and mail them about the situation using an email account REGISTERED with Haypi.com

Just try it again and keep doing it (making extra sure you have the email address right) until you get the message. I'd say allow 15 minutes for the recovery email to come, then try it again.

it is also important that it is the same email that you registered with. and if you have 2 accounts off the same email..... the email will only send the original account info, of the account originally registered with that address, so it is important not to sign haypi to 2 email addresses, if you have multiple devices.

Thanks for that. And I got only one account registered with that.
Also if the mail id I entered is wrong it won't show that 'we have sent the password to the mail registered successfully'. I've no idea why I can't see that mail and I also mailed support for help. Don't know if they really check their mailbox :/

Never, ever, EVER list you're email id! If you ever did this before, then chances are that someone has stolen your acct and changed the email id and password. You are responsible for keeping your email and password secret. If you gave it out like you just did above, there is not much that support can do.
If you ever get your acct back, immediately change the email and password.
Beware the Artesians!!
