You get 4000000000 resources and go to task and do task 1 And you will get it..........................JK you can't. you can only go up to level 20

you need to attack someones city and win the battle 10 times, as you can only attack 5 times per day you either need to get a friend or attack just before and just after the server resets at 00.00.00 game time
how do you let people know if your hot cakes are selling well?

You should offer this help in your world chat. This would make it better for your server. Or answer questions in the forums. A whole new thread isnt entirly necessary
