Branch City Limits

Is the branch city limit the same as for oasis's?

no you get a new branch city at lvl 4,7,10,13,15,19,20.

basically when you use a treasure to upgrade your title

Every major title upgrade.

You don't get a new one from 19 to 20 Nathan.

If you take your General Title Level and devide it by 2, you get how many oasis you may own, and devide it by 4 to find how many forts and branch cities you may own. If I am not mistaken.
