Enhancement:money stealer

ENHANCEMENT !!!! well many people i know have HAD ENOUGH!! all this fancy stuff haypi has about enhancing tresurses is just a rip off...a fellow member i know has just lost big $ on trying to enhance a lvl 13 manual and has been tempted to quit ...i believe and many others that this new thing has just put haypi too far, why cant we just have a 100% enhance rate but pay coins for each lvl ...atleaat u know u will be succesfull!.....i wont as many responses as we can get...from experiances, problems ect just come join this debate

i leave 5 hours between trying to enhance and have only failed once i believe. it seems to be more succesful this way

Ok, ill tell sme members, its just one inparticular is very upset from this enhancement not being succesfull hardly it has to have it modified

it doesnt have to be changed. maybe you could try witing till you hunt enhancement stones, its not hard but requires alot of patience. who says you need enhancements. mine arent very high yet i seem to be progressing well in my server

Here is a copy of my email to support and thanks blood for starting this post. I know there are more out there who have experienced the same thing I have and are hopefully just as pissed off as I am.

I'm very upset and am ready to quit.  I go to enhance my manual with the 13 enhancement stones I got from a hunt and get this reply "Enhancing Manual failed. It costs you 13 Enhancement Stone 1 Coin.". Why is there any reason a probability success rate for any of this?  So I spent $200 the last three days and I lose my own purchased coin by trying to "enhance" my game experience and don't get what I paid for because of a probability success rate.  That's not right and a way to screw me out of my own spent money.  What if I didn't have the 13 stones and used 14 coins to enhance my manual to have it fail and now I'm out 14 coins of my own money.  That's crap to steal money from players because you all decide to put in place a probability success rate for this kind of upgrade.   How can you do this to players as dedicated like myself?  Actually dedication should have nothing to do with it you all should not screw over anyone like this.  Please give me a reasonable excuse as to why this type of rule is in place and why there shouldn't just be a 100% success rate every time stones or your own coins are used to enhance your treasures.  I look forward to your rationable explanation to my concerns.  Thanks for your time.  Please don't let me down.
