Well most servers an experienced expert from an older server serves as a temporary expert in a new server and he kind of serves as what you would call a "head" expert until the server is up and running with new experts

Re: Should there be apprentice experts? Idk

I think that experts should be limited to having expert on a MAXIMUM of 2 servers. For the new servers released, haypi should give new people the expert, but they don't get coins each day until a month into their term. That weeds out the people who go to a new server just looking for free coins each day, and the only people who will stay that long will be dedicated good experts :)

I think that if experts are thoroughly reviewed before they get appointed, that no "apprenticeship" is needed. The best experts are the ones that can calm chat down before they get the title anyway. I realize this gets more and more difficult as more people join the game, but seems like the most reliable way to me.

Most definately
While apprenticing sounds nice, you can't really "train" someone to be expert, or at least not a good expert. You can't train someone to have a good, friendly personality, Just have to hope you can find the good ones ^^;

Re: Should there be apprentice experts? Idk

personally i think having people who know the game, and who are on the chat helping to answer questions and who are asking people to follow the rules, i think they deserve to be expert. its not really fair to make them go through an apprenticeship where they are taught what they already do.

Re: Should there be apprentice experts? Idk

some may need help on issues such as reporting and using the forums or the image haypi expects them to present but generally most people know what they are doing
