If you really wanted to know, then you would have sent a letter to support (which im guessing sence you say this isnt the first time, you would know how to do) instead of making it public for wars to start <.<

So again, please send a letter to support. You have a much better chance of getting an answer there, then here.

Then PM support1 threw forum If they dont reply threw email. Or send a message to your server support.

skillz, your bann was likely up, and support didnt feel you were ready to be un-banned.

Skill if it makes you feel any better, alot of other players have been banned without any warning as well and one got a very bogus reason off support. Maybe just dont worry about it, no point wasting energy on something when the people your dealing with only share the one brain.
