Are the number of oasis's you can get based on your rank or are they fixed?

they are based on your general title, take your general tiele divide by two and then round up if it is half a number. it is once every two levels

Every couple levels you can hold more oasis.

What about the lvl 10 oases? They have to be there. I even asked support about it. They say they are around. But i look every day for them. But none yet. Will be à hard job to get the archievement! Gl all

Of course they exist, and you can hold as many of them as you would any other oasis. They are just very uncommon, is all.
Look around on the forums and you'll find a ton of posts about how to create them, as well as how to maintain them indefinitely (when a lv10 oasis is resigned, it becomes lv0!)

Then i should look better nobody on the server have seen one yet. I Will look for topics about them. Thx and gl

there are 2/3 threads with ss of them around the forums. they are there but i have never actually seen one in the game either lol and i ve been playing 13 months
