A Haypi historian ... The tale of server 4

Well ....
First my credentials... I've been playing Haypi kingdom since third baron was the top rank on server 4. It's tax time here in the states and while digging through some old tax documents I found an old battle list. Leafing though it I saw names and positions of players long ago. So I thought I'd tell the story to all those Haypi noobs out there. In the beginning there weren't any very powerful alliances till No Mercy was formed. Onelife their leader and ranked 2 on the ranking list joined forces with Mojuba and invited a selected set of top ranking players. Onelife was a harsh and demanding leader if you weren't progressing fast enough you were tossed out and farmed. Onelife was overthrown and a new alliance was formed VVV. Leader Gahlex champions Vinyl and Solace37. Enter Army of Death... Leader Craig8370 and it's champion* Shwnboy (note shwnboy was not the only champion of AOD just the most notorious. This is what is meant by champion... Most notorious) Shwn took a low ranking alliance and destroyed high ranking players... Everyone in Vvv was in top 50s and either destroyed, scattered or absorbed by AoD. Craig and his alliance did not stop at VVV they destroyed any alliance in they're wake. *note (shwnboy still has two cities of mine) Who stopped AoD reign of terror? Enter Vkg leader Jasonwy7 champion Exgoofy. To be honest I never saw AoD fall just one day I woke up and top players 3 through 15 were vkg *(note Vkg stands for Viking) Vkg was mostly made up of tough AoD players and fresh new active blood... It seemed nothing could stop vkg. Fate played an interesting card. Haypi developers came out with a new task "create a new account" vkg intrigued by this left server 4 and became in active. Enter Flame, leader Rodic champion Loveztofu. Flame who was allied with AoD had mostly internal strife. Madraptor who had taken a break from Haypi returned to find all of his cities gone taken by Exgoofy. One was even taken by his team make loveztofu. Madrapter pissed of left flame and formed Sinreapers it's champion Seaserpent. *note (at this time Zoffer and Seaserpent fought for top rank achiving levels of prestige that was unheard of at the time. Zoffer never joined an alliance) Rodic fearing for the safety of his alliance disbanded flame. Enter legion and a few other dull alliances of semi-inactive players until ... Reborn leader Akarulz champion Brownicon. Brown and Aka's large unstoppable armies are still widely known. They were the reigning alliance till the merger into server 101 *note (Some where after the disbandment of Flame there became an unwritten rule that you can't attack someone for no reason unless troops were left in the city)
So where are they now ..
Well Brownicon is in Seminoles4 and Exgoofy is trying to rebuild Vkg. Loveztofu still is active especially in world chat. But most are buried in the server 101 ranking list. (including yours truly)
So what makes a good alliance... After all this time I have to say it depends on what your looking for. But a good leader, loyal friends, strong players and an active alliance chat makes for the best kind.
