Be a good leader.
I found that as a leader you need to get to know those in your Alliance and let them know a bit about you. Letter them and ask questions about them. Some don't like it, but just ask politely. Have meetings with your team get them to know each other.Ask your members how they think you are doing and if they have suggestions. People will leave, when someone does ask them why, or ask why they think they left. Don't get discouraged it can be hard being a leader, but if you are kind, believe you can do it, and share the responsibility with those you trust, and trust and follow God's Word you can do it.
